Shopping in Dymoshop is very simple and run in 3 easy steps
Step 1 - Selection of products at Dymoshop
Products available in Dymoshop can be selected from the top menu (Printers, Labels, Plastic Labels, etc.). Upon selecting a given product group, a list - which can be filtered (e.g. by size, colour, etc.) - appears on the left. You can also type the product you are interested in (e.g. label printer) in the search engine. If you do not know what to choose from the Dymo's wide range of printers or labels, use our intuitive search engine: I'm looking for a printer/ I'm looking for a labels.
Step 2 - Order placement at Dymoshop
If you have made up your mind to order a given product (e.g. LabelWriter 450 label printer), press the "Add to your shopping cart" button. In the right column under "Your shopping cart" you will see a list of products chosen (e.g. LabelWriter 450 label printer), the amount to be paid for them and the value of your total order. If you have completed the shopping list and you know what you want to order, confirm your order by clicking on the "Order" button.
Step 3 - Payment and delivery
There are 2 online payment methods available in our shop: PayPal or PayU. Both of them are a fast and secure payment method.
In the e-mail which you get you will find the confirmation of your order. Every order has its own unique order number, which you can refer to when getting in touch with us. We dispatch the ordered goods by courier or by post upon payment. Together with them goods you will receive an invoice/ proof of their purchase.
All the DYMO products - LabelWriter, LabelManager, Rhino and XTL - are covered by a two-year warranty. Remember to keep the proof of purchase of your printer!
